Massive Mentor

Other people identify our abilities first, rather than us. It’s true that we generally do not identify our abilities and talents. A parent or mentor usually notice our abilities and guide us in the right direction. Sometimes it can be your own close friend who takes this role. We will be unconscious of the natural gifts gifted to us by the almighty. When something comes naturally to us we tend to overlook its significance. Our friends, family, peers and superiors may be able to clearly recognize out inherent talents and abilities before we do.

That’s why everyone has to have a mentor to achieve their goal in their life. As said then mentor can your friend, parent, teacher, your colleague, your boss.

So who turned as mentor for you?

Share it.

The Buzz world of EMI

Early morning if you have the habit of reading the Newspaper, you will find whole lots of Adds on variety of products, which has huge discounts and offers. Especially if it is a Festive season. You might have noticed another side of it also, which is, you can buy the same products with EMI. The buzz word is EMI (equated monthly installment). The Time has changed now. Everyone I know has a loan. Today, you can buy everything on EMI - a house, a television, an i-Pod, a handycam, and laptop and so on. In fact I know of someone who just bought a fancy BMW 3 series on EMI, instead of buying a cheaper car outright with cash. The situation of getting a loan might be tough now, but still the EMI has made the life so easy to go ahead to buy your needs. Of course one has to have a clear view of EMI over their Incomes. I wonder what not you can buy with EMI in future.

Well they call EMI as Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) to please and convince them rather than Equated Monthly Installment.

A thumb rule: Keep EMIs within 35 to 45 per cent of your monthly income

Waited long and Excited now.

I felt bit bad, when all my friends were getting call from the most happening event in Bangalore- “Teach India” for the induction programme. We all five of them had registered for this at the same time; everyone got call from the Teach India but except me :(. Wondering why I did not get. It was me who inspired them to volunteer but I did not get a call from them till yesterday 12.00 PM. It was weekend and I had not touch the cell phone from the time I woke up. At about 1 in the afternoon just before going to have my lunch peeped into my cell and found 1 New Message from Teach India, excited and read through the message and it was the message to attend the induction programme on the Oct 5th in City College. I had been waiting for this from the time I registered. Thanks to Ashok who educated and inspired me on this. And now waiting for 5th Oct.
